Should You Take Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplements?
There are 3 main types of omega-3 fatty acids: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA). They are considered essential as they are not produced by the body and therefore must be derived from food. It is of the upmost importance for people to have a rich dietary intake of omega-3.
